With over 20 years of successful Executive Recruiting and Sales experience, Susan’s focus at Ferreri Search is to help our team members understand and execute the business to their fullest potential. Susan works with new hires to train them on the business basics, as well as experienced recruiters and account managers to help them exceed their goals. Susan’s greatest professional goal and passion is to help team members learn and grow, which ultimately brings success to our team and our clients! She is also responsible for the operational management of the firm.
Prior to this position, Susan worked with two national recruiting firms in various Sales, Recruiting, and Executive Leadership roles. An Illinois native, Susan is a graduate of DePauw University, and lives in Tampa with her husband and three children. Susan loves having fun with her family and friends, traveling, music, sports and hanging out with her golden retriever, Rebel!
