General Responsibilities Often Include:

• Documentation, implementation, monitoring and support of corporate-wide infrastructure systems
• Maintain and support a multisite Avaya IP-based phone system
• Maintain and support Cisco routers and security appliances
• Maintain and support HP networking gear
• Maintain and support Microsoft server operating systems (2003 – 2008 R2)
• Maintain and support Microsoft Exchange 2007 and 2010
• Maintain and support Vmware vCenter Servers
• Respond to alerts and emergency issues during normal business hours and on-call rotation

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• MCSE
• 6+ years’ experience in an enterprise environment with the following products:
  • Microsoft Server 2003 through 2008 R2
  • Microsoft Exchange 2007 or higher
  • VMware
  • Symantec Netbackup
  • Solarwinds (Orion)
  • Experience working with Avaya phone systems is preferred but not required
